Your PMS has a long list of reports, and you could use some help when trying to find the numbers you are looking for.

Revenue is recorded in the PMS via three items:
Rates (Lodging Charges)
Add-ons
POS Products
Here is where you can find numbers about each specific item, and where to find them all
combined.
Rates (Lodging Charges)
Room Revenue is recorded in the PMS and sent to the reports continuously. However, it gets finalized only after Night Audit runs every day. Night Audit locks information for the day it is run, so that it is not possible to change historical data anymore.
You can find information about room revenue by running:
This report gives you detailed information about room revenue broken down by reservation, breakdown of taxes and also total gross revenue.

Extra Items are posted in reservations via the link Extra Items in each reservation:

Reports that interest additional revenue offers the option to filter them by Revenue Labels and Revenue Categories (for additional information, please check out this article).
If Revenue Labels and Categories are correctly configured, reporting on additional revenue will be much cleaner an more effective.
To retrieve information about additional revenue, run the following report:
The report gives you information about revenue broken by charge type, revenue label/s, revenue category/ies, and you can also filter by the user who posted the item.
Combined Revenue
If you are looking for a report that has combined figures for both room revenue and an additional one, you should run the following:
This report gives you information about specific charge type revenue (rates, add-ons, POS products), and combined figures for all of them.
