You may encounter X's on your tapechart from time to time. Simply means the inventory will need to be re-calculated for those dates and room types.
You will notice that on the days with those X's there is no inventory, which means no rooms can be booked on those dates. A simple Update Tapechart will unfortunately not fix this issue. You will need to contact our Customer Service Agents at support@frontdeskanywhere.com ย
Please let them know what dates and room types you are seeing the X's, they will perform a calculation on the tapechart and the X's will disappear and you will then see the inventory correctly displayed.
