An individual Profile is the most common type of profile, as it collects all guest information. Single profiles are created any time when a new reservation is created, regardless of the channel via which it interfaces with your PMS. For returning guests all information can easily get pulled down into the reservation folio, thus helping avoid human errors and making the reservation process much more rapid!

Every reservation folio is tied to a Profile ID, which you can look up in the Profile tab. When a reservation is made, the system will automatically generate a new profile:

  • The central column of a folio "Primary Guest" is dedicated to the Guest Information: information entered in this column will be the one stored in the Profile.

Creating first visit guest's profile

select Edit --> fill up guest's profile information --> Save

Pulling down returning guest profile

When attaching guest profile on reservation, it is necessary to pull down existing guest profile to see that if particular guest has been stayed at the property previously. This is to avoid a duplicated profile and to pull down an existing information without creating a new one

Key in guest last name and first name --> select similar profile --> SAVE

An existing data appeared as below

REMARK:

1. Why profile cannot save?

Every keyed in tab, where has free space will turn RED to alert you that there is free space and system will not allow to save the change.

2. Why I cannot find profile SAVE button?

It mostly happens at the first time of using Frontdesk Anywhere PMS, you can make a screen resolution on PC or at any device by pressing Ctrl and - (minus) buttons (Ctrl -) to resize the screen to be able to see SAVE button

Creating Individual Profile by Profile Section

select Profile Section --> Create New Profile --> New Guest --> Update Guest Information

--> UPDATE to save the data
