Each reservation folio has its own Guest Messages section: from here you can send important information to your guests via email or print their reservation documents.

Click on the blue link Guest Messages on the bottom right hand side of any folio

A new panel will pop up: on the right hand side you will see all available documents:

Click on any template to visualize the relevant information:

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

PRE-ARRIVAL E-mail

POST STAY E-mail

REGISTRATION CARD

There is an option for printing out guest message and sending out e-mail to guest directly from Guest Message function

HOW TO SEND GUEST MESSAGE TO GUEST E-MAIL

select SEND TEMPLATE --> enter in guest e-mail in the first box --> enter cc and bcc address if necessary --> SEND

Below is an example of Guest Message that sent to guest's e-mail

REMARK:

E-mail rule is an supplemental option to enhance guest message by setting up a default cc / bcc email and when message should be sent out to guest automatically

select Setting -- > General --> Email rules
