Can I add a mailbox that is already in use in another campaign?

πŸ’‘ Frostbite takes care of email deliverability and aims to prevent spam filtering. To ensure your campaign optimal performance, we restrict the use of mailboxes that are already active in other campaigns.

Consider a scenario where you use the same mailbox in three different active campaigns, with this mailbox sending approximately 300 emails daily to your contact list. In such cases, there's a risk of triggering spam filters.

You can only add mailboxes that are not used in other campaigns. If you have created two draft campaigns with the same mailbox and then launched one of the campaigns, you will see the following message:

Remove and replace the mailbox in use to proceed and launch your campaign.
