π‘ Mailbox Signature allows you to personalize emails you send by sharing contact information such as title, company name, phone number, address, to help your emails look professional, boosting the trust and credibility of your brand.
To have your signature automatically appended to all your emails, you'll need to set it up in the Mailbox Settings. Here's how:
Navigate to Mailboxes.
Select the mailbox you wish to configure.
Proceed to General Settings.
Customize your signature using the editor.
Click 'Save Changes'.
β Your mailbox signature is now configured and will automatically be included in all new emails sent from this mailbox.
Preview your signature
If your campaign is linked to a mailbox with a signature, you'll see the signature value when you preview your campaign or on the sequence dashboard of a launched campaign.
If more than one mailbox signature is added to your campaign, the signature value won't be visible - only the placeholder will appear.
To verify that your signature has been added to the campaign, you can send a test email.
