Add a mailbox to your campaign

πŸ’‘ There are two ways to add a mailbox to your campaign, depending on the campaign status:

  1. Creating a new campaign. When you are creating a new campaign, it has a 'Draft' status, and you can add a mailbox from the campaign creation flow.

  2. Editing an active campaign. When you have already launched your campaign, it becomes active with an 'In progress' status.

Add a mailbox to a new campaign

When you are creating a Frostbite campaign, you can easily add a new mailbox from the selection of Gmail or Outlook, or select from existing mailboxes that you have been added before. To do it, follow the next steps:

  1. Navigate to Step 3 - Add mailboxes of your campaign creation.

  2. If you have already added mailboxes that you'd like to use for your campaign, click 'Select from existing'.

  3. Then, choose all the mailboxes you'd like to add to your campaign and click 'Select'.

  4. If you haven't added any mailboxes to your account yet or you'd like to use a new mailbox, choose an email service provider, either Gmail or Outlook, for the mailbox you'd like to add.

  5. Finally, choose an account you'd like to connect to Frostbite.

  6. Note that you can only add mailboxes that are not used in other campaigns. If you have created two draft campaigns with the same mailbox and then launched one of the campaigns, you will see the following message:

  7. Remove and replace the mailbox in use to proceed and launch your campaign.

βœ… You've added mailboxes to your active campaign. Once the campaign is completed, you can use them for other campaigns.

Add a mailbox to an active campaign

If you have already launched a campaign and would like to add an additional mailbox directly to this campaign, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Campaigns.

  2. Open an active campaign that you'd like to edit.

  3. Navigate to Mailboxes.

  4. Click 'Add mailbox'.

  5. If you have already added mailboxes that you'd like to use for your campaign, click 'Select from existing'.

  6. Then, choose all the mailboxes you'd like to add to your campaign and click 'Select'.

  7. If you haven't added any mailboxes to your account yet or you'd like to use a new mailbox, choose an email service provider, either Gmail or Outlook, for the mailbox you'd like to add.

  8. Finally, choose an account you'd like to connect to Frostbite.

  9. Review and manage your mailboxes by adding new ones or removing irrelevant ones.

βœ… You've added mailboxes to your active campaign. Once the campaign is completed, you can use them for other campaigns.
