💡 Frostbite provides the ability to send a test email before launching your campaign. This ensures that everything is working smoothly, from formatting to variable placement, and helps you identify any potential issues before they reach your audience.
To send a test email, follow the next steps:
Navigate to Campaigns.
Create a new campaign or open a campaign that you'd like to send a test email for.
Navigate to Step 2 - Create sequence.
Choose the step you'd like to send a test email for.
Click 'Send test email'.
Choose a mailbox from what you'd like to send in 'From email' drop-down.
Paste the 'Send to mailbox'.
Click 'Send'.
🧐 Note that if your test recipient is not part of your contacts and doesn't have the variables used in the sequence, these variables will be displayed as {{firstName}}.
This means that Frostbite doesn't have information about your test recipient, but it won't affect real contacts. To check how your contacts will see a campaign, preview your campaign.
✅ You've sent a test email for your campaign. Check the mailbox you've sent it to and adjust your campaign if needed.
