πŸ’‘ Frostbite enables A/B testing to identify the most effective email subject lines and content. By using the A/B test feature, you can experiment with various subject lines and email body copies across your cold email campaigns, helping you discover the top performers and make informed, data-driven decisions.

To set up an A/B test for your campaign,

  1. Navigate to Campaigns.

  2. Create a new campaign or open a draft campaign that you'd like edit.

  3. Navigate to Step 2 - Create sequence.

  4. Choose a step for which you'd like to set up an A/B test.

  5. Click 'Add variant'. You could add up to 5 variants for one step.

  6. On the step's card, you'll see the number of added variants.

🧐 Note that Frostbite's A/B testing feature distributes emails randomly while maintaining an even proportion across variants. For instance, if you have 120 contacts and three different email variants, each variant will be sent to 40 contacts.

βœ… You've added an A/B test to a step in your campaign. Now you can identify the best-performing subject line and content.

How to enable or disable a variant?

Once you've added an A/B test and launched your campaign, you will be able to see the performance differences between the variants. If you'd like to enable or disable a variant, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Campaigns.

  2. Open the active campaign you’d like to edit.

  3. To enable or disable a variant for a step, switch the toggle next to the variant on the Dashboard tab.

  4. If you'd like to review the email content, navigate to Sequence.

  5. You can also enable or disable a variant for a step by switching the toggle next to the variant on the Sequence tab.

βœ… You've configured an A/B test to a step in your campaign. Now your campaign will send the best-performing variants.
