Manage organization

💡Frostbite enables an organizational structure to help companies use Frostbite more effectively. This structure allows teams to collaborate more productively while working together on email outreach campaigns.

Create organization

  1. When signing up for Frostbite, we encourage new users to create an organization.

  2. To set up your organization, simply enter your company name, select your industry, and choose your company size. Providing this information allows us to offer more personalized suggestions tailored to your needs in the future.

  3. A user can currently be part of up to two organizations. You can join an organization by either creating your own or accepting an invitation to join an existing one.

  4. To create a new organization, navigate to the organization's menu and click 'Create new organization'.

  5. If you're part of two organizations, you can easily switch between them by clicking on the organization's name in the header.

Edit organization

If any data needs to be updated, users with Owner and Admin roles can edit the organization's settings. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Profile icon at the header.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Go to Organization.

  4. You can then edit the Organization name, Industry, and Organization size.

  5. Click 'Save Changes'.

✅ You have updated the organization's information. These changes will be visible to all team members within the current organization.

Leave organization

If you no longer wish to be part of an organization, you can leave by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Profile icon at the header.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Go to Organization.

  4. Click 'Leave organization'.

  5. Confirm your choice by clicking 'Leave' in confirmation modal.

✅ You are no longer part of the organization. If you left by accident or wish to rejoin, you'll need to request an invitation from the organization's Owner.

Delete organization

Only the Owner can delete an organization. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Profile icon at the header.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Go to Organization.

  4. Click 'Delete organization'.

  5. Choose a reason for deletion.

  6. Enter the organization's name to confirm.

  7. Click 'Delete'.

✅ You've deleted your organization. All data associated with the organization - including Projects, Campaigns, Mailboxes, Contacts, and Contact Lists - will be permanently deleted. All team members will lose access to the organization.
