I want to delete my account and create a new one, but I have one or more active purchases. Will I lose them?

No worries! Your purchases are linked to your App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) account — not to your Fruitz profile.

Here's how to keep your active purchases:
1. Delete your current Fruitz account.
2. Create your new profile in the app.
3. Once logged in, go to:
My Profile > Settings (top left) > Scroll down > Restore Purchases

Fruitz will automatically detect and reactivate any purchases linked to your store account.

If restoring doesn’t work:
You can contact our support team directly from the app:
My profile > Settings > Get help > Contact support / Report a bug
