Can’t log in with my phone number – error message

You’re trying to log in with your phone number, but you’re not receiving the SMS, and you see the following error message:
"Oops… something went wrong. The Fruitz team has been notified. Please try again later."

Don’t worry ! This usually happens when the system detects too many login attempts in a short period of time, often caused by frequent disconnections.

⏳ What should I do?
We recommend simply waiting 24 to 48 hours, then trying again. The system will reset on its own.

🔐 How can I avoid this in the future?
To keep your account secure and avoid getting locked out again, we strongly suggest adding one or more alternative login methods (email, Apple ID, etc.).

👉 To do this:
My Profile > Settings > Manage my login methods

This way, you'll always have a backup option to access your account.
