I can't find my previous matches and I had to fill in my information again as if I was creating a new account. How do I find my previous profile/account?

You probably created two accounts with different sign in providers (Facebook, Phone Number, Apple etc…). In order to get back to your original account, you have to sign in with the same sign in provider.

If you signed in with Facebook and lost access to your account, you can request a reset password by entering the email linked to the Facebook account you used to sign in. You will then receive an email with the instructions to follow in order to get your account back.
