I keep seeing profiles I’ve already swiped

It can happen that you see profiles you've already come across. Here are the possible reasons:

1. Profile changes
A person may have deleted their account and created a new one. Their profile will then reappear in the app.

It's also possible that some users create multiple profiles.

2. A technical issue?
If you swiped in an area with a weak signal, the profile might not have been properly recorded.

If you think this is a problem, try these steps:
- Log out/Log back in: In Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap "Log out". Then, log back in.
- Reinstall the app: Delete the Fruitz app from your phone, then reinstall it.

If the problem persists, don't hesitate to contact our support team from within the app with the following information to help us analyze the issue:

- Your tracking ID
- The app version
- Your system version (iOS/Android)
- A screen recording of the problem
