I deleted a match by mistake, what can I do?

Unfortunately, once a match is deleted, it is permanent. Whether removed by mistake or on purpose, the match cannot be restored.

The profile of the person you unmatched with will also not reappear in your swipe suggestions – unless they delete their account entirely and create a new one.

Our team is unable to recover deleted matches.

Before deleting a match, make sure it's really what you want to do. If you're unsure, it may be better to simply ignore the conversation rather than remove it permanently.
