1. Report the profile
Report the profile directly from your Fruitz account. This will alert us to the situation immediately.
2. Contact the person concerned
If you are close to the person whose identity has been stolen, ask them to contact us directly. For our team to process the request quickly, it would be very helpful if they could send us the following information:
- The reason for the report.
- The exact name, age, bio, and photos that appear on the fake profile.
- A screenshot of the profile in question.
⚠️ Important: We strongly advise the person concerned to file a police report. Impersonation is a serious offense, and the authorities can provide the necessary assistance.
