The most common cause of this issue is that the images your application is sending to Fujifilm are not accessible to our servers.  Please verify that if you provide image URLs in the order that these URLs are accessible publicly.  If you would like to whitelist a specific range of IP addresses for security purposes please contact us through the support form on this site and we will gladly help you out.
