When you need to reach your coach or Athlete Support within Persist for training questions, use the Message area and you'll receive a response typically within 24-48 hours or less.
You can also upload a photo or video if you have a specific question you need feedback on.
In order to make sure you get your questions answered before you train, it's a good idea to look ahead at your training for the week when it goes into your TrueCoach account on Sundays and message a coach if you need a clarification. (You can set your time zone in the Preferences section of TrueCoach.)
Within TrueCoach, you'll also see places under each section of the workout to record your own notes or videos - use these to make your own notes to refer back to later (using the history icon and search bar) or to let your Individual Design coach know how a particular section went for them to keep in mind as they create new workouts for you. This is a great way to keep a record of your training - but if you need to reach your coach sooner, use the message area instead.
