Persist runs as a live program consisting of 6 week cycles, so you jump in with where we are at in a cycle. We don't use percentage based loading and the core movements/exercises repeat week to week, so starting now will not hinder any progress. Start with today's workout and have fun 👍
If you are joining at Week 5 or 6, take these first two weeks to try out a few different tracks each day to see which one you like best. You can also use this time to get used to our programming language, familiarize yourself with how we write supersets, and any movements that feel new to you prior to the start of a fresh cycle.
