If you're in Persist, you may see some notes at the bottom of the occasional workout with names, weights, times, and other notations. These are provided by our workout testers, who give each training cycle a run through and give feedback to Marcus in order to make sure the details work out as he intended. Behind the Persist program are many hands who work hard to tighten up every detail before athletes experience the program.
Many athletes find these guidelines helpful to determine their own target times, approaches, and modifications to the workouts - or for a little friendly competition.
