Completing a workout entry in ATOM
Congrats, you are in ATOM and crushing your workout and you want to record your results to make sure you log all of that hard work. Below you will find a breakdown of how to do this exactly, but if you have not already please view this short walkthrough of the app from Marcus!
Completing your first day of training
On your day of training, as you proceed through your workout, log your workout results in the "Section Notes"
Do this for all workout sections that you would like to track data on, and then at the bottom of your workout screen click "Log Workout"
Once you have selected log workout you will be brought to a training journal modal, that will allow you to review your Note entries and also add a few more additional details on your day of training like:
Perceived Exertion
Health/Energy
Private Notes (just for you)
Public Notes to share to the Community Board
