Just like with most platforms where you are required to login, you will be sent a password 'token' which for security reasons is only valid for a certain period of time. After that time the 'token' will be invalid.

If you are unable to access your account as your 'token' has expired, you can get a new one by following these simple steps below

2. Click forgotten password
3. Enter the email address you used when you placed your order
4. Click 'Send Link"
5. Go to your email inbox

6. Locate the email and follow the instructions.
