  • First Account Only: Refunds are applicable only for the first-ever account opened by the user.

Post- Cancellation Implications

  • Service Termination: Once your account is canceled, you will lose access to all Funded Crypto Family, LLC services

  • Contractual Rights: We reserve the right to terminate contracts and deactivate accounts if there is a breach of our General Terms and Conditions(GTC). Such breaches may result in account deactivation, forfeiture of any funds, and a ban from accessing our services.


Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

  • Binding Arbitration: Should any disputes arise that cannot be resolved through mutual discussion, both parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the regulations of the American Arbitration Association. By entering into this agreement, users waive any rights to contest payments made for our services.
