Once you have successfully passed your evaluation, you will be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before your account can be fully activated and eligible for payouts.
KYC is a standard compliance process used across the financial industry to verify the identity of users and ensure the platform remains secure, compliant, and free from fraudulent activity.
What you’ll need to provide
As part of the verification process, you may be asked to submit:
A valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID)
Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document issued within the last 60–90 days)
A selfie or live identity check to confirm that the documents match the account holder
All documents must be clear, unedited, and match the personal information used during account registration.
What our Risk Team reviews
Once submitted, your information is carefully reviewed by our Risk Team to:
Confirm your identity and prevent impersonation or fraud
Ensure compliance with platform rules and regulatory standards
Verify that your trading activity aligns with our Risk & Trading Rules
Detect any potential misuse of multiple accounts, third-party involvement, or prohibited strategies
This step helps protect both the platform and all users by maintaining a fair and transparent trading environment.
Processing time
The verification process is typically completed within 24 hours or less, though timing may vary slightly depending on submission volume or if additional information is required.
If your documents are unclear or incomplete, you may be asked to resubmit, which can extend the review time.
Important notes
Your account will not be activated or eligible for payouts until KYC is fully approved
All information submitted must be accurate and belong to the account holder
Any discrepancies or attempts to bypass verification may result in delays, restrictions, or account termination
Completing KYC promptly and accurately ensures a smooth transition from evaluation to a fully verified and funded account.
