By purchasing an account, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and policies set forth by the platform. These include, but are not limited to:
• FCF Plans – The structure, features, pricing, and conditions associated with each account type, including any limitations or requirements tied to specific plans.
• Risk & Trading Rules – All guidelines governing trading behavior, including drawdown limits, risk management requirements, prohibited strategies, and any rules that may impact account eligibility or performance.
• Payout Policy – The terms outlining eligibility for payouts, including qualifying trading days, profit thresholds, payout request procedures, processing times, and any conditions that must be met prior to withdrawal.
• Administrative Rules – General platform guidelines covering account usage, user responsibilities, compliance expectations, and any actions that may result in warnings, restrictions, or account termination.
• Billing & Payments Policy – All terms related to account purchases, renewals, payment methods, refunds (if applicable), chargebacks, and ongoing billing responsibilities.
By proceeding with a purchase, the customer accepts full responsibility for adhering to these policies. Failure to comply with any of the above may result in penalties, suspension of account privileges, denial of payouts, or permanent account termination.
