Yes. News trading is permitted unless a specific program page states otherwise. However, exploit-based execution, platform abuse, prohibited arbitrage, or manipulative behavior remains prohibited at all times. Trading during news events does not exempt you from the Platform Rules.
News Blackout Window: We enforce a 4-minute window (2 minutes before and after) around High-Impact "Red Folder" news events. Do not open or close trades during this window — profit from trades executed inside it is deducted as a soft breach.
