Payout Guidelines
Agreement Compliance:
Each payout approval is conditional on adherence to the Funded Futures Family agreement. Ensuring compliance with all account rules is necessary before submitting any payout requests.Account-Specific Payouts:
If you hold multiple accounts, each account’s payout request is handled independently. You may request payouts from each account according to its specific guidelines, provided that all rules are followed.Non-Modifiable Requests:
Once a payout request has been submitted, it cannot be edited or canceled. It is recommended to carefully review all requirements and account balances before submitting a request.Transition to Live Funded Account:
After a trader has successfully completed four payouts from the same account, Funded Futures Family reserves the right to move that trader to a live funded account. This decision is at the firm’s discretion, and if selected, you will be notified by email. In some cases, this transition may occur earlier if Funded Futures Family assesses that the trader’s performance meets their standards.
Payout Processing and Timeline
Payout Schedule:
Trader will be able to request the payout anytime and any-day once they have achieved the targets. All approved payout requests will be processed every Tuesday.
Note: The cut-off period for a payout request is on every Tuesday between 02:00pm EST to 05:00pm EST. Please make sure to submit the request before the mentioned time period for payout processing procedures.
Rise Contract Signing/Payout Disbursement:
After the approval of the payout and the deductions are done, the trader gets an invite from our payout provider Rise. Once the onboarding is done they payout will be sent within 24hours of signing the contract.
Payout Requirements
Consistency Rule Compliance:
Traders must follow the 40% consistency rule, a guideline intended to ensure consistent trading behavior before payouts are approved. More details on this rule can be found here.
Minimum Days Traded:
To be eligible for a payout, traders must achieve at least seven different days of trading with each day reflecting a gain of $200 or more. These days do not need to be consecutive, but the count of qualifying days resets after each payout.
Trading Day Definition:
A “trading day” is defined as at least one trade placed between 6:00 P.M. EST/EDT and 5:00 P.M. EST/EDT the following day.
Account Balance Requirements:
To qualify for a payout, the account’s balance must exceed a specific threshold that includes both the trailing max drawdown and an additional $100 buffer. This minimum balance requirement varies by account size:
$50,000 account: Minimum balance of $52,100 (including $2,000 max drawdown and $100 buffer).
$100,000 account: Minimum balance of $103,100 (including $3,000 max drawdown and $100 buffer).
$150,000 account: Minimum balance of $154,600 (including $4,500 max drawdown and $100 buffer).
Your account must meet these minimum balance thresholds and all other criteria at the time of the payout request.
Important Notes on Trading and Payouts
Continued Trading After Payout Request:
Traders may continue trading after submitting a payout request. However, if the account balance drops below the minimum threshold or fails, the payout request will be denied, and traders will need to re-qualify with seven winning days of $250+ gains.Minimum Payout Amounts:
Each account size has a minimum payout limit:$500 for 50k accounts
$1,000 for 100k accounts
$1,500 for 150k accounts
Withdrawal Limits:
Initially, withdrawals are capped at 60% of the account's profits. Once a trader completes four withdrawals, they may request a review to be transitioned to a live account, subject to performance. While traders may request live account status after four withdrawals, Funded Futures Family reserves the right to approve this transition earlier based on trader performance and experience.Live Account Withdrawal Flexibility:
If moved to a live account, traders gain additional flexibility, including daily withdrawal options. After trading for 20 days on the live account, traders are eligible to withdraw their full balance.
In the simulated funded accounts, traders can earn up to a capped profit of $50,000 per user. If a trader exceeds this amount, no penalties or account changes will occur immediately. However, any profit above the $50,000 cap will not be eligible for withdrawal, as these additional gains are forfeited under the cap policy.
Once a trader reaches this cap, Funded Futures Family will review the account to assess eligibility for a transition to a live account. Moving to a live account brings added benefits, including daily withdrawal options after meeting initial requirements and gaining approval.
Each account is treated independently, and traders may continue trading as usual while awaiting this review and potential transition.
This policy ensures that traders on simulated funded accounts can maximize their earning potential while progressing toward live trading privileges.
Important Note: Funded Futures Family reserves the right to temporarily uncap withdrawals for traders they feel would benefit from additional time on the simulated funded account. This exception enables us to continue assessing a trader’s performance before making the transition to a live account, providing greater flexibility in account progression.
Additional Rights and Discretion of Funded Futures Family
Funded Futures Family retains the right to transition any trader to a live account at any time after a successful payout, depending on trading performance and consistency. This transition will be communicated via email, ensuring that traders are informed of any updates to their account status.
