No Trading Activity
Refunds are granted only if no trading activity has taken place on the purchased account.

First Account Only
Refunds are available only for the first account ever opened by the user.

This means you may only receive a refund on your first account, any subsequent accounts after are not eligible for a refund.


How to Request a Refund

Processing

Method:
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used.

Notification:
You will receive a confirmation message once your refund has been completed.

If any trading activity has been initiated, the account becomes ineligible for a refund.
