Fixing Platform Connection Issues

If you’re having trouble connecting to NinjaTrader, Tradovate, or TradingView, here are some tips on getting connected.

Check Login Credentials


Make sure you’re using the correct username and password provided in your welcome email or dashboard.
If you’ve recently changed your password, update it in your platform settings as well.


Check the Data Credentials


Ensure you’ve selected the correct server or data feed, selecting the wrong server will lead to failure to login.
