Step 1: Download NinjaTrader
Visit the official NinjaTrader website: https://ninjatrader.com
Download and install NinjaTrader Desktop for optimal compatibility
Step 2: Locate Your Rithmic Login Details
After purchasing your evaluation, log into your FFF dashboard to find your Rithmic username and password.
These credentials are required to connect your account in NinjaTrader.
Step 3: Set Up the Rithmic Connection in NinjaTrader
Open NinjaTrader
Go to Connections > Configure
Under Available, select Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage
Click Add >, then enter:
Username and Password (from your FFF dashboard)
Choose your server (see below)
Click OK to save
Server Selection Tips
For most Funded Futures Family accounts, select:
Rithmic Paper Trading (Chicago)
Do not choose a Live server unless you have transitioned to a live funded account
If unsure, default to Paper Trading options to avoid connection errors
Step 4: Connect and Start Trading
Go to Connections > Rithmic
If connected successfully, you’ll see a green indicator at the bottom of NinjaTrader.
