Professional Stage Operational Policies

Professional Capital Allocation & Re-Entry Policy

Funded Futures Family's funding model is designed to support long-term trader development and responsible capital allocation. The Simulated Funded environment serves as a performance validation stage, while the Professional Stage is the intended path for long-term growth and scaling.

Once you advance to the Professional Stage, you cannot return to Simulated Funded Accounts. If your Professional Stage account is closed or breached, the only way to re-enter is by purchasing and passing a Prestige Evaluation, after which you will transition back into the Professional Stage.

To maintain a fair, consistent, and sustainable program, FFF may adjust Simulated Funded eligibility, require progression benchmarks toward the Professional Stage, redirect approved Simulated payouts toward Professional Stage advancement, or implement additional performance requirements before continued participation. These measures are intended to promote responsible capital deployment and preserve the long-term sustainability of the program.

Professional Stage - Scaling Plan Guidelines (Pro & Live)

The Professional Stage Scaling Plan is designed to expand position size in a controlled and responsible manner as traders demonstrate consistent, realized profitability. This plan applies to traders operating in the Professional Stage, including Pro and Live environments, and is enforced through Live Desk review and broker-side configuration.

How Scaling is Measured

Scaling is determined solely by EOD realized profit. Intraday fluctuations, unrealized PnL, or temporary equity peaks do not affect scaling tiers.

Only closed, realized results at the end of the trading day are used to evaluate eligibility for scaling up or scaling down.

How Scaling is Implemented

Scaling adjustments are not automatic.

All changes to maximum contracts and Daily Loss Limits (DLL) are applied only after:

  • Live Desk review, and

  • Broker-side configuration.

Until changes are fully reviewed and implemented, traders must continue operating under their current approved limits.

Micros to Minis(Optional)

Mini contract tiers are optional and must be explicitly requested by the trader.

If approved, the Live Desk will submit the request for broker-side configuration. Mini availability, timing, and implementation depend on internal review and operational processing.
