Choice Plan Daily Pay: Payouts and Loss Limits

Daily eligibility, payout cushion, request limits and the lifetime two-strike rule.

Daily Pay lets you request a payout once per trading day after the 2 p.m. Pacific session close, once you meet the cushion, minimum request and net-profit requirements. Eligibility is not a promise of same-day payment.

There is no additional waiting period once you meet these requirements.

Request requirements

  • Only profit above your account's payout cushion can be withdrawn. The payout must leave that cushion intact.

  • Minimum request: $250 before the 90/10 split ($225 to you).

  • After your first payout, you must earn at least $1 in net profit since your last payout before requesting another. Recover any losses first. Before your first payout, meet the payout cushion and minimum request requirements.

  • Only one request at a time. Wait until the previous request is paid or denied.

The maximum you may request is the smaller of your account's request cap and the profit available above its cushion. You must also meet the $250 minimum and net-profit requirement.

$50K example

The $50K cushion is $2,100 in retained profit, meaning a $52,100 balance. At $52,700, a $600 request leaves $52,100 in the account and pays you $540 after the split. A later $300 profit allows a $300 request, paying you $270. If you then lose $500, you must recover it and earn at least $1 in net profit since your last payout before another request.

Daily loss: two strikes for the account's lifetime

  • First hit: trading stops for the rest of the trading day.

  • Second hit: the funded account closes.

  • Strikes never reset.

The trailing drawdown floor remains a separate hard limit. Touching it closes the account even if you have not received two daily-loss strikes.
