$50,000 Live Account Rules [Forex & Futures]

The following rules apply specifically to the FundedHero $50,000 Live Account for both Forex and Futures.

These accounts are designed with straightforward risk limits and flexible withdrawal access. Traders must remain within the risk parameters outlined below at all times.

📉 Daily Loss Limit — 3%

The maximum amount that may be lost during a single trading day is 3% of the account size.

For a $50,000 Live Account:

Maximum Daily Loss: $1,500

Exceeding the $1,500 daily loss limit will result in a breach of the account.

📉 Maximum Total Loss — 6%

The maximum total loss permitted on the account is 6% of the initial $50,000 account balance.

For a $50,000 Live Account:

Maximum Total Loss: $3,000

The account must remain within this maximum loss limit throughout the lifetime of the account.

⚠️ Maximum Risk Per Trade — 1%

No individual trade may risk more than 1% of the initial account balance.

For a $50,000 Live Account:

Maximum Risk Per Trade: $500

Traders are responsible for managing their position size and exposure so that the maximum permitted risk is not exceeded.

📊 Consistency Requirement

There is no consistency requirement.

Profits do not need to be distributed across a specific number of trading days, and there is no maximum percentage that a single profitable day may contribute toward total profits.

💰 Withdrawal Frequency

Withdrawals are available daily.

Once eligible profits are available, the trader may submit a withdrawal request without waiting for a traditional payout cycle.

💵 Eligible Profits

Only profits earned above the initial $50,000 account balance are eligible for withdrawal.

The initial $50,000 account balance itself is not withdrawable.

🤝 Profit Split

The profit split for the $50,000 Live Account is:

90% — Trader

10% — FundedHero

The trader receives 90% of eligible withdrawn profits.

📌 Additional Trading Rules

There are no additional trading requirements beyond the risk limits specifically listed in this article.

This means the $50,000 Live Account does not have an additional consistency requirement or separate payout-cycle trading requirement unless specifically stated in these rules.
