How to Resolve Issues When Purchasing an Instant Funding Account with a Monthly Subscription?

If you're experiencing issues purchasing an instant funding account with a monthly subscription, follow these steps to resolve them:

Step 1: Log in Through the Separate Page

  • If prompted, log in through the redirected login page. This page is separate from the main dashboard.

  • Click on logged in.

Step 2: Resolve Registration Issues (if Any)

  • If you’re not registered, enter your email address and click "Register."

  • If the system doesn’t send a registration email, it may indicate that your email address is already registered.

  • In this case, click "Lost Your Password."

Step 3: Reset Your Password

  • Enter your email address on the password reset page and click "Reset Password."

  • Check your email inbox for a password reset email.

  • Follow the link in the email to set a new password.

Step 4: Complete the Purchase

  • Log in using your updated credentials.

  • Go back to the Pricing page and select Instant Funding.

  • Choose your funding amount and broker, then click "Get Started."

  • You should now see the checkout page to complete your purchase.
