At FundedSquad, we maintain strict risk management guidelines to ensure sustainable trading practices.
For Challenge Funded Accounts, traders are required to manage their risk effectively, with a maximum allowable risk per trades of 1.5% of the account balance.
Risk Management Policy
Maximum Risk per Trades: 1.5% of your account balance.
If the risk per trades exceeds 1.5%, the following actions will be taken:
Soft Breach (First Time):
If you exceed the 1.5% risk limit on your trades for the first time, your profit split will be reduced to 40%.
Hard Breach (Second Time):
If you exceed the 1.5% risk limit for a second time, your account will be disqualified, resulting in immediate termination of your trading account.
Important Notes
The 1.5% risk per trades applies to all Challenge Funded Accounts.
Consistently violating the risk management policy is not allowed and will be treated as a serious breach of FundedSquad’s trading rules.
Adhering strictly to these guidelines is essential to maintain the integrity of your account and avoid penalties.
