📬 What Are The Steps After You Request A Payout?

1️⃣ Risk Team Review

Your account will be reviewed by the risk team. You will receive an email stating that your account is under review.

⏱️ You will receive a response within 24–72 business hours after submitting the Payout.

2️⃣ KYC

If your payout request is approved, you will receive an invitation to complete KYC if it's not done already.

3️⃣ Payout Approval

Once KYC is completed, your payout will be approved and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

4️⃣ Payment Processing

After approval, your payment will be processed and sent to your rise email within 12 hours or you will be paid a $1,000 extra bonus.
