Refunds for eligible Instant Funded Accounts are processed with your third payout. The refund amount is based on the initial fee paid, but if you purchased with a discount, the refund will be calculated based on the discounted price.
Refund Process:
Eligibility: Refund is issued automatically with your third payout, for accounts purchased before the cutoff above.
Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the same wallet used for your payout.
Refund Amount: Based on the price you paid, including any discounts.
Important Notes:
Refunds will be processed in digital assets to the same wallet used for your payout.
Refunds are no longer available for Instant Pro and Instant Lite accounts purchased on or after 31st August 2026, 12:00 PM UK time.
Please also note that fee refunds are not available for Rapid Instant accounts.
