Accessing your MT5 account is very simple. Once you purchase your account, your trading credentials will be sent directly to your email.
1. Check Your Inbox
You will receive a Welcome Email, which includes all the necessary details to log in to your MT5 platform.
2. Open the Email to View Your Credentials
Inside the email, you will find:
Login (Account Number)
Trading Password
Server Name
These credentials are required to access your MT5 account.
3. Log In to MT5
MetaTrader 5 is available on multiple devices:
Desktop Application (Windows/Mac)
Mobile Application (iOS & Android)
Make sure you download the version compatible with your device.

4. How to Log In to MetaTrader 5
Open the MetaTrader 5 platform.
Click File > Open an Account.
Search for your broker’s server: OrbexGlobal-Server.
Select Connect with an existing trade account.
Enter your credentials:
Login: Your account number (sent via email)
Password: Trading password (sent via email)
Server: OrbexGlobal-Server
Click Finish to complete the login.
5. Most Common Error: Incorrect Login Credentials
This issue typically occurs when one or more of the login fields are entered incorrectly. Please make sure to verify the following:
Login: This is your account number, not your email address.
Password: This is the trading password sent to you in your welcome email.
➤ Make sure to copy and paste it exactly as provided, and double-check that there are no extra spaces at the end.Server: You must select the exact server name provided in your email.
If you enter the wrong server, login will fail even if your password is correct.
