Accessing your cTrader account is very simple. Once you purchase your account, your trading credentials will be sent directly to your email.
1. Check Your Inbox
You will receive a Welcome Email, which includes all the information you need to log in to your cTrader account.
2. Open the Email to Log In
Inside the email, click on “Log In”.
You will be automatically redirected to the cTrader login page.
3. Depending on Whether It’s Your First Time Logging In:
a. If this is your first time accessing cTrader:
You will be asked to set up your password.
Simply follow the on-screen instructions to create a secure password.
b. If you have used cTrader before:
You will be prompted to log in with your email and password as usual.

4. You're In!
Once you complete the steps above, you will be successfully logged in and ready to access your trading account.
5. Most Common Error: Incorrect Login Credentials (cTrader)
This issue usually occurs when one or more login fields are entered incorrectly. Please check the following carefully:
Email: Enter the email you used during registration.
Password: Enter the password you set.
⚠️ If any of these details are incorrect, login will fail even if the other fields are correct.
