How to Log In to Your TradeLocker Account

Accessing your TradeLocker account is very simple. Once you purchase your account, your trading credentials will be sent directly to your email.

1. Check Your Inbox

You will receive a Welcome Email containing all the necessary details to log in to your TradeLocker account.

2. Open the Email to View Your Credentials

Inside the email, you will find the following information:

  • Email

  • Trader’s Password

  • Server Name

These credentials are required to access your TradeLocker account.

To proceed, click on “Go to TradeLocker” in the email. This will redirect you to the TradeLocker login page.

3. Log In to TradeLocker

Once on the login page, simply enter your:

  • Email

  • Password

  • Server Name

Then click Login to access your account. Copy and paste it exactly as provided, ensuring there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end.

4. You’re In!

After logging in, you will have full access to your TradeLocker account and can start managing your trades immediately.

5. Most Common Error: Incorrect Login Credentials (TradeLocker)

This issue usually occurs when one or more of the login fields are entered incorrectly. Please verify the following carefully:

  • Email: Enter the email address associated with your TradeLocker account.

  • Trader’s Password: Enter the password provided in your welcome email.
    Important: Copy and paste it exactly as provided, and make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end.

  • Server Name: Select the exact server name provided in your welcome email.

If you’re still experiencing issues logging in, it may be because your password needs to be refreshed. Please try resetting your password directly from your FundedX dashboard. Once reset, use the new password to log in to your platform.
