Are purchases refundable?

Purchases grant immediate access to a digital simulated trading evaluation. Due to the instant delivery of digital services, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the account has been provided.

Refunds may only be considered in limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments.

  • Technical errors are preventing account creation.

  • Billing errors attributable to FunderBlu.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@funderblu.com within 7 days of purchase.

​Note: If an evaluation account has been accessed or traded, refunds will not be granted.
