Purchases grant immediate access to a digital simulated trading evaluation. Due to the instant delivery of digital services, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the account has been provided.
Refunds may only be considered in limited circumstances:
Duplicate payments.
Technical errors are preventing account creation.
Billing errors attributable to FunderBlu.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@funderblu.com within 7 days of purchase.
