Under U.S. sanctions guidance, there is no single official master list of countries that are always blocked in every case. Sanctions programs vary by jurisdiction, program, and person or entity involved.
Are other countries allowed?
Yes. Traders from other countries are generally allowed, provided they pass our compliance checks and are not subject to sanctions, watchlist restrictions, payment-provider limitations, broker limitations, or local legal restrictions. Approval is always subject to KYC, sanctions screening, and internal compliance review.
