When you pass a phase in the challenge or request a payout, your trading account should remain untouchable, and it takes the following to get to the next step:
Up to 24 business hours to be upgraded from phase 1 to phase 2.
Up to 72 business hours to finish reviewing the account after passing the challenge.
Up to 72 business hours to get feedback on your payout request.
