Service fees are deducted when payments is paid to you.
You can view the service fees charged on each payment in the Portfolio page or in your monthly statements.
Service fees are no longer subject to additional taxes such as SST, which were applicable only to Malaysian tax residents, as of 1 September 2018.
For non-Malaysian tax residents, there is 15% withholding tax charge on your returns.
