This issue arises due to the technical features of the payment providers we work with.

At times, the order status may be processed with a delay—so if the money has been deducted from your card but the order status hasn’t changed, we recommend just waiting a little longer.

There’s a chance that while you’re reading this, the order status has already been updated to successful 😋
