If you need to create, add or edit any existing non-financial Drivers via an Excel upload, follow the following steps:
Step 1 - Download the Drivers template
Go to the Drivers tab.
Click the option to Create a new driver.
Select the Excel upload option.
The Update Excel Drivers window opens.
Download the template.
If you've already added drivers via Excel upload, the last uploads will be available in the list. You can then amend the existing data in the file.
Any new upload will override the previous upload, so make sure not to override any drivers that need to remain.
If you haven't created drivers from excel upload, you will find a blank template to download.
Step 2 - Populate the template
Once you've downloaded the template, you can add or replace the data making sure to follow the guidelines.
You can:
Keep, change or remove any existing values in the file.
Add new values.
⚠CAUTION: Any new upload will override the previous upload, so make sure not to remove any drivers that need to remain from the file.
Step 3 - Upload the template
After you fill the template, download a copy of it, then head back to the Drivers section and upload it via the Excel upload option.
Go to the Drivers tab.
Click the option to Create a new driver.
Select the Excel upload option.
The Update Excel Drivers window opens.
Upload the template into the panel.
If the upload is successful, click Finish to complete the upload.
If there’s any error blocking the upload, an error message will display with the detail of the problem, and how to resolve it.
Review and correct the file and try upload it again.
