Report scheduling

Schedule a report in Futrli to automatically email reports to other Futrli users.

You can create a schedule to send a report by email at a set frequency. For example, you can send a report monthly.

You can create a schedule from within a report or from the Reports list tab.


Create a schedule from a report

  1. Go to Reports.

  2. Open the relevant report.

  3. Select Schedule.

  4. Select New schedule.


Create from the Reports list

  1. Go to Reports.

  2. Select the Reports list tab.

  3. Select Actions for the report.

  4. Select Create schedule.


Configure the schedule

You can configure the following schedule options.

Configure the schedule

Choose the settings for your schedule:

  • Report name: Change the PDF file name without changing the report name in Futrli

  • Recurrence: Choose how often Futrli sends the report

  • Start date and frequency: Choose when the schedule starts and the sending frequency

  • Review option: Choose whether the report requires review before sending

  • Recipients: Choose which Futrli users receive the report

  • Email details: Enter the email subject and message

The available recurrence options are:

  • Doesn't repeat

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • Quarterly

  • Annually

When you've configured the schedule:

  1. Select Preview email to review the email.

  2. Select Schedule PDF report.

You can manage your schedules from the Scheduled reports tab.

📎 NOTE: Dashboards don't support scheduling. Convert the dashboard into a report before creating a schedule.


Manage a schedule from a report

  1. Go to Reports.

  2. Open the relevant report.

  3. Select Schedule.

  4. Select the schedule you want to edit.


Manage schedules from Reports

  1. Go to Reports.

  2. Select the Report scheduling tab.

  3. Select Actions for the report.

  4. Select Manage schedule.

You can:

  • Edit schedules

  • Delete schedules

  • Change recurrence settings

  • Change recipients

  • Change start dates

Deleting a schedule permanently removes it.
