When you build a widget, you can choose the date range to display. For example, you can report on this month, last quarter, or a custom financial year.
You can set the date range from the Builder panel.
Select a date range
Create or edit a report.
Select the widget.
From Builder, select the required Date range:
Today
This week (Mon–Sun)
This week (Sun–Sat)
This month
This quarter
This financial year
Yesterday
Last week (Mon–Sun)
Last week (Sun–Sat)
Last month
Last quarter
Last financial year
Custom day
Custom week (Mon–Sun)
Custom week (Sun–Sat)
Custom month
Custom quarter
Custom financial year
📎NOTE: If you select a custom date range, choose the required date using the calendar.
Compare multiple periods
You can also include extra periods before or after the selected date range.
For example, you can display:
This month and the prior three periods
This quarter and the next two periods
Change the period for multiple widgets
Use Period end to update the reporting period for multiple widgets at the same time.
If widgets use different date ranges, Period end displays Mixed dates.
Changing Period end updates all widgets that use the same date range.
EXAMPLE: If you change the period to July 2026, all widgets using that date range update to use January 2026 as the base period.
