Curricula are a layout for your study programs. You are able to create the plan for the whole study period of a student and reuse it every year again. You always can make changes to it, or just create a different version to adjust the changes that are needed to make for a different year. Add the terms, focus group and modules to your curricula to create the full study period.

Go to the Org Hub

  • Navigate to My Organization β†’ Curricula tab.

2. Create a New Curriculum

  • Click on + Curricula

  • Enter a Name and Version Name

  • Optionally, connect a Core Group

3. Add Modules to the Curriculum

  • Click + Add Module

  • For each module, choose:

    • Module Version

    • Study Period

    • Focus (optional)

4. Configure Study Periods

  • Go to the Settings tab

  • Create or generate study periods (e.g. 4 semesters)

5. Set Focus Types

  • Choose between:

    • Fixed (mandatory)

    • Selectable (optional)

  • You can also group courses and set credit point limits for each group

6. Assign Study Periods and Focus

  • Back in the Modules tab:

    • Assign each module to a semester

    • Set a focus (e.g. fixed or selectable)

7. View Module Information

  • View total Credit Points, Workload, and Exam Requirements per module

8. Add Parent Modules (optional)

  • Go to Parent Modules tab

  • You can only assign parent modules that are in the same study period and focus group

9. View Curriculum Connections

  • See which cohorts are connected to this curriculum

10. Manage Curriculum Versions

  • Create multiple versions if needed

  • Each version can have different configurations
