Chronology Tab

What is it for? With the chronology page you can set specific study periods like semesters, years etc. and then add them to your cohorts to set the running times for the specific study period.

1. Open the Chronology Page

  • Go to the Chronology section.

  • Here you can create semesters, years, or other study periods.

2. Create a New Study Period

  • Click “+ Study Period”.

  • Enter a name (e.g. "Test").

  • Set a start date and end date.

  • Click Create.

3. Edit or Rename Study Periods

  • Click the name to rename it anytime.

4. View Assigned Cohorts and Hours

  • See how many hours are planned.

  • See which cohorts are assigned to each period.

5. Use the Chronology in Cohorts

  • Go to Cohorts.

  • Create or edit a cohort group.

  • Select a curriculum with defined terms (e.g. Semester 1 to 10).

6. Assign Study Periods to Terms

  • For each term, choose the matching study period (e.g. "Semester 1" → "Summer 2026").

  • The assigned chronology appears automatically but can be adjusted anytime.
